Does HoneyBook have AI?

Yes: a chat on your data, email drafts and an automation builder, plus a connector that lets Claude or ChatGPT work in your account. The difference is where the setup happens: in The Black Line, our own AI prepares the whole booking inside the app and waits for your yes.

Which one costs less?

The Black Line Essential is €19 a month, or €198 a year, excluding VAT, with automations and a client page. HoneyBook Essentials, its first plan with automations, is $59 a month or $49 a month billed yearly (prices read November 2, 2026).

Can I bring my clients over from HoneyBook?

Yes. Bring your clients and bookings in a spreadsheet; on the Ultra plan our AI reads it as it is, so you don't match columns by hand. Contracts you've already signed stay on file as PDFs.
